Envirosax Flora Series Pouch
I saw this fun reusable shopping bag in O Magazine, but of course it was sold out by the time I got there. Then I realized you could buy a “pouch” of each design series. I got five bright bags in all the floral prints they offer, for only $5 each. (They also offer an intriguing black and white series.)
Now I can match my bag to my T-shirt at the farmer’s market, which is crucial.

USB Battery Charger
Useful Things sent us one of these, and it’s crazy useful. I have a Flip video camera that takes AA batteries, and it goes through them pretty fast. I never leave home without my laptop, so this tiny USB recharger means one less gadget wrangling for space at the single outlet in my hotel room, and one less outlet converter I have to buy so all my charge-ables will be ready to leave the room when I am.

Hang Out Hooks
I’m pleased with the structural, almost masculine vibe of these hooks, meant for hanging coats and bags. They’d look amazing in a long, neutral hallway with polished concrete floors.

Idea Paint
Idea Paint lets you make any flat surface into a whiteboard. Paint an office wall, a child’s tabletop, or just convert old chalkboards and renew aging white boards.

Molly Mutt Dog Duvets
Molly Mutt sent us one of their duvets and a “stuff sack.” You fill the stuff sack with old clothes, pillows, rags (instead of throwing them out), and create a more eco-friendly dog bed.
I don’t have a puppy, so I gave our sample to a friend who has a rescue dog with attachment issues. We’re hoping the owner-smell on clothes in the bag will help put her dog at ease. Cool idea.

Box of Labels
I’m newly addicted to pretty labels. They make your pantry cuter, your gifts more zowie. Plus, it’s so much easier to remember what you named your kids.
